Another missed free.

No, we are not allowed to blame the umps.

That was the most Melbourne quarter I've ever seen. [censored] kicking inside the f50, boring ball movement, and of course gifting the opposition a goal right before the siren.

Langdon and Salem are unbelievably weak. That was genuinely pathetic.

Where are the Salem supporters now?

He is so done

Has anyone deciphered our game plan yet as I’m struggling to see any system 🤷‍♂️

"BuT NeW GaME PlaNs TaKE TiMe"

Midfield not working hard enough and defensively weak

Seriously Petracca, Fritta just let them walk the ball out of our forward line, no pressure.

Not good enough - how about a bit of desperation?

Pertracca is just hanging out for loose balls in the forward line.

Drop them both and let them rot at Casey.

@Demonland Salem 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Goal kangaroos

How many goals in RED TIME !!! We play 99% of the qtr

I think 99% is very generous.

Salem refusing to go hard enough for another red time goal.

Petracca inability to hit targets.

Oliver rolling through the middle like its a park run. Fritsch the same inside 50.

McKercher this weeks half back play maker we refuse to pick up.

We only look like any go when Pickett is around the ball but we continue to persevere with Oliver, Petracca and Viney on the ball 80% of the time.

Losings ok if you try different things but expecting difference with the same rubbish week in week out is frustrating.

So many Nth awarded marks max 10M

We are making Nth and particulary Curtis look good.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
