Pies were given a 50m penalty that was measured at 77.7 metres. That is a massive mistake. Then McStay gets a goal from a push that wasn’t there.

I find it funny that bad mistakes by umpires in Pies games, seem to nearly always be in their favour.

Wrong thread. Please use one of the other seventy dedicated to the topic of slagging the club.

Or at least follow through properly on the snark with Maynard.

For the good of football.

Do you recall the original ‘Wired World of Sports’ ?

After a crash: “…and at last something is happening. These bloody cars have just been going round and round and round…”

It’s been so [censored] boring. At last some action

Plus, minus, add, subtract, divide, multiplying your sports entertainment this afternoon the wired world of sporrrrrrrrts

Has another listen the other day.

Look I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it but I hate Maynard

It’s a hate reserved for only the most malevolent of beings. Genocidal prime ministers, that sort of thing

The filth are really living up to the filth label tonight.

Not sure it’s been said here yet but Maynard is a real piece of work.

Just remembered I haven't heard BT or JB call a game this year. So good.

Taylor froths for Collingwood like they didn’t drop him for the 1990 premiership 😂

I tipped Collingwood. Something NQR about Brisbane. They have been smashed in parts of games and wheels were bound to fall off. Collingwood is exceptionally well drilled. They just go go go and ALWAYS kick to space. Their players work so hard.

We need some Collingwood people at the club

The umpiring has been average tonight. Mihocek has twice just grabbed a handball receive and immediately ducked to ground, hoping for high contact but then being tackled and no attempt to dispose of the footy, for a ball up. Holding the ball surely!

  • POSTGAME: Sydney

The Demons controlled the contest from the outset, though inaccurate kicking kept the Swans in the game until half time. But after the break, Melbourne put on the jets and blew Sydney away and the demolition job was complete.

  • CASEY: Northern Bullants

The Casey Demons travelled to a windy Cramer Street, Preston yesterday and blew the Northern Bullants off the ground for three quarters before shutting up shop in the final term, coasting to a much-needed 71-point victory after leading by almost 15 goals at one stage. It was a pleasing performance that revived the Demons’ prospects for the 2025 season but, at the same time, very little can be taken from the game because of the weak opposition. These days, the Bullants are little more than road kill. The once proud club, situated behind the Preston Market in a now culturally diverse area, is currently facing significant financial and on-field challenges, having failed to secure a win to date in 2025.

  • GAMEDAY: Sydney

It’s Game Day, and the Demons have a golden opportunity to build on last week’s stirring win by toppling Sydney at the MCG. A victory today would keep them firmly in the hunt for a finals spot and help them stay in touch with the pack chasing a place in the Top 8. Can the Dees make it two in a row and bring down the Swans?
