Can't run out quarters, can't run out games. We're clearly not fit enough, despite a miniscule injury list all year, to play the type of football we want to play.

That's on the conditioning staff and the coaches. All can go.

We had last quarter fades in 2024, we started this season with an absolutely abysmal last quarter %.

Whether its coaching, the fight in the player or fitness - It's all part of the recipe. And we need to examine the cookbook,

High Performance manager is his title. Does psychology fall under him too? I agree with you, between the ears is a major flaw in team post 2021 and getting worse.

The last 2 years from an overall fitness point of view have been pathetic on his behalf.

Today’s capitulation was not physical fitness, it was 99% psychological weak mindedness.

An ex Japanese POW teacher in my youth used to refer to people who give up as having low moral fibre which I believe to be an old military expression.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who observes ¾ time huddles - was Goodwin animated or being best mates with the players self congratulating for a job well done?

The fourth quarter was all between the ears.

But we faded late in the other quarters too.

We were older and more experienced than St Kilda today.

We haven't had our fitness right all year.

You don’t fit from kicking soccer balls round.

The culture review at the end of last year, showed that players wanted more control over the program, I’d say next year they have Zero input. ‘ Do the job you are paid well to do!!’

Yes 💯 his injury prevention management of the players has been world class as for our overall fitness its been diabolical.

From an endurance and speed standpoint we have been lacklustre and we either fade late or start games sluggishly.
