I planned our wedding for the weekend before the footy season starts so we can always go away for our anniversary … and then they went and introduce [censored] round 0! 🙄😡

That's why I got married in November 😂

Wife's birthday is mid-September but I had no choice in that!

Wasn't sure where to put this, but my son came home from pre school today singing the [censored] Carlton song. He said one of his friends was singing it. It also came up on the kids algorithm on Spotify when my wife was driving him home.

I suppose it's possible to push the theme song out on Spotify. It's actually a very clever way of potentially getting new supporters.

We should do this.

Have your kids watch Caden McDonald YT content. Caden is mad about the Dees and he's got a lot of pull with the younger generations.

SOME NUMBERS FROM LONG AGO:

Hi George OTO the latest number has been posted on Membership page. 56,756 so we are level pegging with 2022 numbers. Also interesting that during our horror stretch 2007 - 2014 our Membership actually increased from 27k to 36k so a lot of us stayed true when it was very hard to do so.😁

True ElDiablo 14, Jim was a unique and unifying giant of a man who held us together until Peter Jackson, Paul Roos and eventually Simon Goodwin and the team they built put it all together for us.

That’s not the point You were able to gain admission solely  with your membership card still used as a replacement entry to the game.

The fact that no reserved seating was available didn’t restrict you from attending that game. It was a replacement game and your membership gave you an opportunity which you appear to have chosen to miss.

Perhaps the fact that you couldn’t sit  in your cosy reserved seat you turn your nose and say no I am not going to go sit in a GA area with some Hawks and Demon plebs. How very fair weather can you get over a one game opportunity to see your beloved team.

There was about 25,000 ga seats you could have had any one.

Please don’t try to defend yourself on the ridiculous technicality, your answer is totally wrong and you have exposed  yourself completely openly.

I was in the park with my young son a few weeks ago and out of the blue [pun intended] he starts singing "We are the Navy Blues ..." [proud Dad moment, lol]. I didn't teach him, he heard it that morning on the car radio (3AW or SEN, don't recall, was just catching some sports news when driving on a Saturday morning and the Blues won the night before). Kids can pick things up quickly.

I hate it. But the Blues song does sound like a very, very dull children's song.

Fabulous result given the shambles that has been the first 6 rounds of the season fixture and location-wise.

    BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin
