so, what do we know about woods and ihle?  @redleg

Going to be a long night.

A professor giving written evidence is not available until 5pm to answer questions via a video call. Jeff Gleeson notes the evidence includes reference to Galileo and Isaac Newton

You know what, they see it through Collingwood eyes just as we'd see it through Melbourne eyes if Viney did that too Pendlebury. In fact take out the crazy and it's the same stuff as we read here but through black and white eyes.

80% of them are just us born into a Collingwood family. (20% of them are inbred scum)

If Viney did something similar, I would say he deserved a suspension. But I doubt that he would because he is generally a ferocious but fair competitor whose sole aim is to win the ball.

Let's say this had been a Collingwood training session and the kicker was Nick Daicos. Does anyone think for one moment that Maynard would have launched himself as recklessly as he did?

Good on Gussy’s brother Hamish. Just saw on the ch. 7 4pm news he said what we all know but what no one will say publicly… that the AFL want Collingwood in the grand final and they’ll do anything to make that happen.

He wouldn't have tried to jump at all.

The "smother" attempt was as unrealistic as you can get.

Apparently he already retracted, at least from what I have seen on TW.

Here’s how I want this to go down:

- Angus is fit and healthy, continues on his career and has no ongoing issues.

- Maynard gets suspended for the rest of the finals.

- Everyone in the future refers to this story by saying ‘remember that time Brayden Maynard called Angus Brayshaw’s mum, and she told him to [censored] off?’

Too late. We all saw and heard it. I’m happy that it was said.

Forget those old physicists. The real clinching evidence will come from references to Albert Einstein.  It's all relativity.

The decision of the Tribunal will reflect the relative importance of C'wood to the AFL.

Have we all forgotten this? Long time ago, granted.

I'm not condoning these sorts of actions and I will be happy to see if the AFL has evolved to stamp thus sort of stuff out of the game.

Maynard says he was not expecting Brayshaw to move in the way he did after kicking the ball, which was towards Maynard.

Can't let this bs slide. He literally planted one foot after kicking the ball before maynard cleaned him up. Didn't change direction and maynard only had eyes fixated on brayshaw.

Laughable!

“[censored], he was there,” Maynard said. “I was surprised he came into my way.”

Maynard said he was looking at the football the whole time.

Quite diffferent. They were contesting the ball.  May still be worth a penalty but nothing like the present case.

After I smothered the ball ?.?

I looked down and thought sxxt he's there = Gus's fault for somehow getting in Maynard's way by the looks.

That's the problem with lack of control. Just like he lost major control when he launched himself like a scud missile (Which apparently isn't his fault), he also can't control movements that other players make.

Yes. What footballer would use those words without coaching and following the company line.
