If the two clubs are monitoring their own interchange numbers and an interchange steward is monitoring both then it isn't too much of a stretch surely to let them know when they've reached their limit to avoid something like this happening?

For those that are watching the Dogs v Adelaide game, have Dogs been that good or Adelaide that poor.

Dogs are quietly making a top 4 bid.

Was at the game. Crows brought some heat early but Dogs are outstandingly good at getting out of stoppage or spillage when being pressured. They looked a division above the Crows all day.

I have the Dogs and Lions both to win a flag in the next 3 or 4 years...but had the Dogs a year or two away before some of their young talls mature. But their mids are good and clean enough under pressure to potentially go deep.

Luke Jackson is carving it up today. His last month has been really good, and his groundball work is so clean and sharp.

Only has a capacity of 11k so it's usually a sell out

It's the same travel time as Geelong from Melbourne so it's not a long travel. Not much further than Casey from the Melbourne CBD in travel time.

Why Bulldogs are paid $1M to play there by the State Government... who knows

Ballarat used to be a marginal electorate.

If you are going to be reasonable and sensible you are posting on the wrong site.

Suck on a bag on [censored] Cats!!

they have had their easy run of games and are 5-5. they’ve beaten WC, Hawks, GC, Crows and bombers.

now they have Giants, Dogs Port, Dees

8-0 free kicks in the final qrt

similar feel to last night

in fairness the Cats had the rub of the green the other 3 quarters. they were double the free kicks at one point 13-6. a lot of them very dubious and resulting in goals

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last

    LIFE SUPPORT by Whispering Jack

With Melbourne’s season hanging on a thread, Saturday night’s game against North Melbourne unfolded like a scene in a hospital emergency department.  The patient presented to the ward in a bad way. Doctors and nurses pumped life-saving medication into his body and, in the ensuing half hour, he responded with blood returning to his cheeks as he stirred back to life. After a slight relapse, the nurses pumped further medication into the bloodstream and the prognosis started looking good as the

GAMEDAY: Rd 15 vs North Melbourne

It's Game Day and it very well could be the last roll of the dice for the Demon's finals aspirations in 2024. A loss to the bottom side would be another embarrassing moment in a cursed year for the Dees whilst a win could be the spark they need to reignite the fire in the belly.

    THE HUNTER by The Oracle

Something struck me as I sat on the couch watching the tragedy of North Melbourne’s attempt to beat Collingwood unfold on Sunday afternoon at the MCG.    It was three quarter time, the scoreboard had the Pies on 12.7.79, a respectable 63.16% in terms of goal kicking ratio. Meanwhile, the Roos’ 18.2.110 was off the charts at 90.00% shooting accuracy. I was thinking at the same time of Melbourne’s final score only six days before, a woeful 6.15.51 or 28.57% against Collingwood’s 14.5.89
