I don’t really think we are hoping for blokes to push for selection at this stage. The seniors are settled. If there are injuries though, we have some depth. Guys that play our system.

Dunstan, Brown, Tomlinson, Bedford and Chandler are all very good Casey players and Tommy Mc’s obviously a level above.

But it probably is strange to see a very dominant VFL side without a deep crop of players who are really pushing for AFL selection. There’s not the standard collection of 30+ disposal winning fringe midfielders.

Ladhams is [censored] weak. Absolutely grub and needs to get suspended

That hit on Taj. And he was out of bounds when he was flattened. 😡

Can’t see T Mac playing Friday after this hit out. Been ok but needs another run

Looking slow, lumbering along, though has been getting up the ground, his setting up of the play and composure has been good.

Sadly hasn’t looked right since the knee injury.
5% mobility loss changing direction is enough at Top Level

Had a shocking day but his kicking has been great most of the year. If he gets his mobility back from awful to the standard very ordinary he’ll be ok depth again. Kicking is the least of his worries

T-Mac’s wearing second-hand boots that he bought this morning from Facebook marketplace! 🤣

He would put his own inner soles in, I'd hope.

Ladhams flattens a first year player half his size off the ball, then doesn’t contest the ruck contest he’s there for. Tuff 👍

Not without a big payout!  Brainstrust at the club gave him a 5 year x $500K a year contract and this is the third year by my count.

Ridiculous decision to lock him in for that long - and $150K a year too much.  He wasn't even a regular for GWS in 2019.

.

Played 25 games for GWS in 2019

Has 1 season to go contracted

I can't understand why we haven't pushed him into another position, Wing or High Fwd

A full pre season and hopefully has 1 good year left

What are you on about he was a regular for GWS in 2019, played almost every game and was one of their better players in the grand final loss.

He’s no superstar but don’t make stuff up

Brown, Dunstan, Chandler, Bedford and Weideman all ready to go if there's injuries.

Can't see TMac getting back in to the side this year. Too many cobwebs to be blown out yet, but he's on the park so that's a start.

I was impressed with Woewodin and Grey.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
