Will not be able to speak for a week! 🙏❤️💙

Fantastic 3rd game this year, though I would have preferred flying over to the G  and see it with 70 000+ fellow Dees supporters . Let’s see how many we can find in Adelaide.

I’m so jealous of our SA demon fans. Get along and cheer hard. Let’s outnumber the Brisbane fans!

Good year to be a dees supporter in Adelaide 😁

Really looking forward to this.

So dissapointed for our Victorian supporters.  My heart goes out to you all.

Rest assured, those of us who can go, we will give it a 4 quarter effort!

Hopefully not 😂

My reading suggests yes, if not located in greater Brisbane area.  Unfortunately no if in greater Brisbane area, as not allowed to attend any event with more than 1000 people.

Any Adelaide Demonlanders willing to adopt me? I'm mostly house trained.

We have room in our household mate, can you smuggle over?

The Crows match today had 15 000, though this will probably be increased for the Port match on Friday night 25 000- 30 000. The other matches I’ve attended had 30 000, the authorities like that figure.

What sort of crowd are we expecting?

7,500 - 10,000??

I would expect a much better crowd than the last time we played a non SA team at Adelaide Oval. A whopping 2172 against North Melbourne round 11 last year. We can do far better than that on Saturday night.

So what's the rule for each state in getting into Sa for this game . Assume NSW, ACT and Vic are out.

Tas I assume ok there and back

WA ok getting in , ok getting back?

Qld , nt ,?

There have been various tactics used this year in an attempt to negate the influence of Lever and May, but I thought early on against Brisbane that Fagan's was the best - with Brisbane's attacking thrusts going to around the 60m mark initially and then a quick chip in. We overran them (and it's great that we have another opponent that we have successfully fought back against before), but it was effective and I wonder if they will attempt it again. The interesting factor - I had forgotten that that game was played at the SCG. Brisbane is the team I fear the most in this year's finals, particularly in a qualifying fixture.

It was at GWS home ground not the scg

Someone pinch me! This surely is a cruel dream? 😮

If you told me at the start of the year we would finish top and be playing a Qualifying Final at Radelaide Oval my response would've been "[censored] off!"

🙏

Tas-SA is low risk, and there’s direct flights from Hobart to Adelaide. If we’re still in Adelaide for prelims, I might pop over for that.

Dunno about anyone else, but I’m happy it’s at AO. We play well there, it’s only a hop, skip and a jump away in terms of travel for the players, and it’s really inconvenient for Brisbane. Hopefully we’ve got a few SA based supporters who can get along and turn it in to our new fortress.

Anyone got a boat we can try to smuggle some of us over the border?

Round 4 kicks off with a blockbuster on Thursday night as traditional rivals Collingwood and Carlton clash at the MCG, with the Magpies looking to assert themselves as early-season contenders and the Blues seeking their first win of the season. Saturday opens with Gold Coast hosting Adelaide, a key test for the Suns as they aim to back up their big win last week, while the Crows will be looking to keep their perfect record intact. Reigning wooden spooners Richmond have the daunting task of facing reigning premiers Brisbane at the ‘G and the Lions will be eager to reaffirm their premiership credentials after a patchy start. Saturday night sees North Melbourne take on Sydney at Marvel Stadium, with the Swans looking to build on their first win of the season last week against a rebuilding Roos outfit. Sunday’s action begins with GWS hosting West Coast at ENGIE Stadium, a game that could get ugly very early for the visitors. Port Adelaide vs St Kilda at Adelaide Oval looms as a interesting clash, with both clubs form being very hard to read. The round wraps up with Fremantle taking on the Western Bulldogs at Optus Stadium in what could be a fierce contest between two sides with top-eight ambitions. Who are you tipping this week and what are the best results for the Demons besides us winning?
