We don't need all of Melksham, Hannan, Fritsch and vandenBerg in the side, one can come out to play a second tall.

Completely agree.ย
Too many similar mid sized forwards who give us not enough. We need Weid in there. If heโ€™s no good now is the time to find out. Not sure what we are waiting for.ย

We look like a team that has played 2 games in the better part of a year.

Just want to remind people our completely disorganised defence and zone is the responsibility of Troy Chaplin.

May and Lever haven't played enough football together and will gel more with more football, but positionally we're still lost.

Smith looks a lot better this week and May is very good at killing the contest.ย

Kozzie looks completely lost when we're in defensive mode. I'll watch closely in this second half for his positioning. Think he'll beย a beauty though.

Cannot understand why commentators continually pump up Petraccaย but criticise Oliver. King said Oliver was probably our second or third best player. Max is a great ruckman but Oliver is our best player by so far it's not even funny.

I don't think AVB is a modern day footy player. Love his toughness, but not sure about him...ย

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
