jack for the first goal

6-7 goals sounds about right to me too mate.

2nd goal to Ray...what a shocking decision.

No amount of explaining takes away incompetence....

Razor misses a blatant dropping the ball and Tigers goal on the siren.

Yes, and Mumford questioning him after the siren. Decisions like that should be reversed as the consequence is massive. Richmond go into the break with a bit of momentum due to umpire mistake

GWS letting him go reminds me of that agricultural term... "culling"

Let nothing stand in our way in our unending search for mediocrity.

Could this be greatest losing margin in a GF.

nah ... I'm pretty sure we hold that.

I think we even broke our own record

Would be nice to lose that record though

The irony of an advertisement for 8k TV...

Yet 7 still won't show the game in 4k...

I don't know about anyone else, I guess it doesn't matter that much but I'm struggling to see the game properly.

...and I've only had 1 beer.

Maybe the answer is to have more...

Umpiring is ridiculouslyone sided.

Terrible game.

GWS have had no system and their forward forays have lacked any sort of purpose.  What's the point of attacking via the half forward flank boundary line?  Tiger defenders have had a field day.

It would take a minor miracle for them to get back into the game but the Tigers can put them away as early as 5 mins into the 3rd quarter.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
