Biggest Fears for 2018

Featured Replies

Besides the obvious more general underperforming and missing the finals, what are your biggest fears of the 2018 season?

For mine it is Max Gawn going down with an injury early and with TMac already out only having Pedo to cover ruck duties forcing Weids to have to come in to the team early.

I used to think we had depth but I think that only relates to the midfield.

Waking up in the morning, looking down, and my doodle is gone.

The same as every year. We are soft in the head. Get over that and see the improvement.

Viney and T.Mac ending up on the LTI list!:(

Losing to North again.

Hogan having another interrupted year.

Oliver or Petracca suffering a serious injury.

And the obvious; missing finals. If we miss finals this year it will be the worst failure of the club in my lifetime and serious challenge my level of future support and investment in the club.

Injuries

Forget fears for 2018, fear for tomorrow is four players having a case of Delhi belly tonight and having to replace them with some “ underdone” players.
