GAMEDAY - Round 20

It's unforgivable. I've had to turn it off for a bit just can't hack itย

ย

Benny Hill esque

ย

Jack Watts is playing like a frightened kitten.

1 goal in 15 minutes kicking with a 5-6 goal breeze.ย

ย

This hurts. GWS are a good side, losing to them when they're on song is one thing...letting crucial games go to North (x2), Fremantle & Hawthorn is another thing entirely.ย

Great to be witnessing the bombers overtake us on the ladder

Watching us you're forgiven for thinking we're in the wrong league.

Footy basics 101...out the window ans away on the breezeย

Did they learn nothing last week

Our half forward line is pathetic. Lazy bombing againย

We don't know what to do kicking into the wind, nor do we know what to do kicking with the wind, all the while having some experience with it last week.

Player's and coaches getting taught an absolute lesson and being shown up for what they are.

Coaching staff getting schooled like a mofo. That's one positive.

I'll check back in when we hit the lead late in the third.ย

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
