Round 18 Non MFC Matches

Featured Replies

I'm so conflicted about who I want to win this match. Either outcome is bad for different reasons.

Richmond getting exposed, again....

They would be close to full strength which  should be a worry.

SUNS : Metricon

HAWKS : MCG

GEELONG : Simmonds

FREO : Domain

SIANTS : MCG

Could still miss the 8.

Have to be the tigs I think. GWS will finish 2nd we should be aiming for 4.

GWS has a problem, so much talent in terms of picks but they play crap as a team.  Looks like a team of skilful players who don't really like each other much.

Want them to beat the tigers as thats better for use and puts more doubt in their team.

Might have to eat my words about Richmond....Farrrrrrrk.

What does this say about the Giants.

Can we win our next 5 games.

Yes we can if the Team has the right attitude...

beating a down and almost out Nought Melb must be the sole priority of the next 7 days...

Looks like GWS stole Collingwood's game plan. Boring chippy [censored] then long down the line. Yawn.

North are down and we owe them, they have owned us for years.

11 Years.

NOBODY should look any further than next sunday.

They were always the games we lost during Danners and John Northey's reign

This should remove any doubt that Richmond are mere pretenders.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
