No matter what was said young Clayton is becoming a target and now all fans will be on the attack.

We were a target for the Blues on the ground today and will be under the pump the rest of the season. Looking forward to getting Jones, Watts and Viney back to give us some more grunt

Never thought I'd see these two words in the same sentence

Carlton supporters on twitter claiming Oliver threatened to kill him and want police involved.

The media totally ignoring the fact that the reaction was clearly provoked. And I thought he touched Oliver as well

Are they maybe suggesting that he offered a meeting, late at night in a dark alley, with Jake King?  Or was that Ty Vickery?  Or maybe he was offering to send Dusty around with some chopsticks?

Yes that feral should have been removed from the ground. What about the danger to our player? The carlton football club should be finding out who this feral is and banning him for five years from all AFL matches.

I heard on the radio commentary that security "spoke to" the scumbag but did anyone see if they reprimanded him in any way? Should have evicted him, or at very least moved him away from the fence.

I wasn't near where it happened, but i did see it on the score board and there didn't seem he had been moved?

Move him away from the fence?? If I had been in the vicinity I would have put the "Picket Fence" line into action!!

Ever since Oliver copped the elbow to his chin he has become a target for every keyboard warrior and weak dog protected by a fence at the footy.

He is 19 years old and while he's got a very good head on him and doesn't seem to worry about giving it back, look at how many players are starting to come out saying they have depression etc. These fl0gs seems to feel like it's their right and privilege to get stuck into a bloke who's only crime was being clocked on the chin and being a bit stunned by it.

These people are weak, they expect him to get abuse and not give it back, one has learned that's not the case. He should have his membership put on probation for abusing a player.

I hate Carlton and I hate their [censored] supporters even more.

I hope he asked him if he'd like to suck a big fat one.

If it was a serious threat Clarry gave him, then all the other Carlton supporters around him wouldn't have being smiling and laughing at it.

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best.
