is there a wind advantage to one end?

Not really mate.  Just a bit slippery.

Travis boak you are a dog human. Pi chef hogan in the nuts on the wing behind play. Made hogan angry and he went and told him about it.

I lip read"do that again and I'll beep beep you beep"

Three more of those quarters please.

[censored] i hope we win for your sake. Long teip home if we lose.

To be three goals up away after such a frenetic first quarter is a great start from our boys. This corner we've turned might actually be real.

Bernie runs horribly close to the line on his kick-ins. Pretty sure it was mentioned last week that he went over.

Sounds like we could've been in front by more but let's continue this for 3 more quarters and a good win!

Vince and Viney sounding paticularly lively.

Ps if this is port "fired up" then absolute laugh out loud at your joke of a club.

Still dirty at boak hitting hogan behind play, but fark em

Now we've got to watch for the run on Port always seem to get in second quarters against us recently. Need to keep the foot on the pedal

We are clearly the better side.  The only danger is allowing them to stay in the game and the crowd, and umpires, getting right behind them.  If we stop that from happening we will win, and possibly win well.

Let's get into the straight first Chook

I get nervous when people are this positive at quarter time

It's all good, a chance to get away for the weekend is always good. Like last week, I was pretty relaxed about today, nothing to lose.

For the most part we have been very good so far, just need to be a little less cute around the half forward line especially in slippery conditions, but not much else has been a negative.

Port have caught the hype about Maxxy Gawn, they all want to say hello.

Lobbe, Trengove, Westhoff, Ebert, Wines all with hitouts for Port in the first quarter.

It's an interesting tactic and has worked for them so far, but I'd speculate that it'll cost them over the course of the game, to have so many players 'Gawn-conscious'.

Plus, how long can even quintuple-teaming keep Gawn down, really?
