McDonald has forgotten how to mark the ball. My god, he tried to take that like a 3 year old.

Can everyone stop bitching about the umpires. Why don't we start hitting some targets, stop bombing it in 50 hoping for a mark, and hoping that we are 'ON' today. If your not 'ON', do something about it, knuckle down and get in

I haven't said a word about them either. I never do. It's just not worth the trouble.

Nev Jetta is basically best on ground for us right now.

No doubt. He's our best defender by a mile.

Jetta is our best defender at the moment.

Michie is has been great as well. Only two in our back six with any composure right now

Why are we making the forward line so [censored] crowded? Leave Hogan one out ffs

Jetta has been immense. Our best defender.

And I actually feel more comfortable when I see it is him on Redpath, rather than Garland.

Good news! We could not play much worst. Can't hold a mark. Cant make a tackle stick. And can't take a trick with the umps.

The way I feel now, I never want to see Colin again. Geez he's an unco

TMac and Garland are massive liabilities. We need to ship them off at the end of the year...and get some decent defenders.

You know what. This is a Melbourne Football club SUPPORTERS forum. If you're not going to support a very young team that have been working hard all year and have shown a lot then send me your Membership and I'll buy it from you.

Weak as [censored] comments in here.

Go Dees!

Gonna be a huge 3rd quarter. I still think we have it in us. Some of Wattsies leads need to be honoured

Gawn is being significantly beaten at the moment. Dropped a couple of easy of marks as well.

We can't when al the bulldog players run in. If our boys didn't go in then it would be Hogan vs 5

Roos to to long to get numbers back, those 3 early goals are the difference.

Pathetic. Softest bellies of any team on the past decade.

Softest supporter?

must go this time and tmc

Stemmed the flow and had some moments of ascendency... Need a second half like last week.

And hate saying it as well but Garland has to go. Dunn is in white hot form in the 2s

Which leaves spare players on the outside

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
