New logo.

They updated their profile picture on Facebook to a blank image. Hopefully we go back to the classic MFC logo.

Posters of the new image have popped up around the city overnight as the club looks to launch a brand that is synonymous with Melbourne.

Fitness fanatics taking on the iconic Tan track will be offered water from a special Melbourne cart at the start of the trail on Thursday morning, and the Demons will broadcast a range of initiatives on social media across the day as they look to connect with Melburnians.

This is what we should have been doing ages ago. We are Melbourne's club, and we should market ourselves as such.

Well done Melbourne

Tbh I didnt mind the 'complex' logo but really like the new one.

Im impressed with the cleverness of the 'stealth' roll out , the engaging of the town , the connect to the people.

Kudos.

I like the new MFC, smart, making a profit, great young players. Go Dees

New logo is great.,. I love that shade of blue

I still shudder at some of the kinds of blue we have used in the past

My god the billboard at Flinders! Check out Burgo's twitter if you haven't already. This is sensational.

Look at us being big boys.

Damn it! Now i have to buy another Guernsey! LoL

Love the design not sold on the colours, have to see it on the website or in person before i make a final judgment.

For those of us who won't get to track into the city today, any chance Demonlanders could post some pics of the ads in the city?

I hated the old logo.

It's with profound relief that I view this one. Looks good.

Less is more when it comes to logos - something Schwab seemed not to understand.

I'm a cynic now.

Don't care.

Win games.

Any logo will do if you win games.

I can only think they might use the colours from this jumper as a guide

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demonsโ€™ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.
