Hoping for Collingwood to beat the Cats tonight. So sick of Geelong and would love for them to fall to 2-4

I reckon the filth will give them a touch up, they look pretty good so far.

Cant bring myself to hope anything for Collingwood other than fast downward spiral.......mildly interested to see how Drunkcoast respond against Adelaide..

So, Geelong lead 37-2 in the first. Darn.

As a former master coach of the MFC would say " i didn't see that coming "

I seriously had a chill run down my spine when I read that

Bad memories

Ah yes, before it all went wrong. I bet Mark Neeld would like to go back to the day of that photograph.

I'm watching the Victory and quickly flicked over a few mins ago..

WTF is going on in that game? Who has kicked the goals?

Collingwood have had an easy run so far. Big reality check coming up. Eddie might be hoping for equalisation after this one.

Jeezus! The Cats are slaughtering the Pies. Don't know whether Geelong are really still that good or maybe Eddiewood are just having a bad one.

Not many things are more enjoyable than watching Collingwood crash back down to Earth.

Simply a case of Geelong being underrated due to a tough draw, and Collingwood being overrated due to a soft draw.

Geelong at $2.50 was easy money.

Collingwood crowd booing Clark. A lot of bridges burnt, it would seem.

They boo anything in colour

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
