Hmmm? My brain hurts. I'm confident we know what we're doing and I'm not going to lose any sleep over it all. The bottom line is that our list already looks better. From here on it's about icing the cake.

You are dreaming if you think Stef Martin and Farren Ray have the same trade value. Martin and Dawes might be more comparable. That would be a definite loss for us.

I agree that the cake is looking better, but there is still a fair bit of stale and / or poor quality dried fruit that needs to be consigned to the bin before collection day ........... and we definitely need a couple more prime cherries to sit atop the icing. If we can add a few cheap but tasty late pick morsels to the mix, so much the better. Then comes the all important blending.

I choose not to, but it's a very good trade. Saints fare best getting a ruckman for a dime a dozen midfielder with 3-4 years left, but it's an excellent effort. Dawes hasn't indicated where he'd like to go though.

If that Gysberts trade went down, there would be riots on Jolimont Terrace.

This deal was posted on one of the AFL trading sites. It is a rumour, and this site is actually half credible.

So this could be done, and i would be bloody happy if it did

I'm with you Old Fart. In our house we dress up birthday cakes with multi-coloured smarties. They're cheap, yet very attractive and serve a specific purpose. So let's not just ice the cake, let's put some smarties on it. Won't go astray.

Before anybody jumps in here - we only use real smarties. We never use home brand, black and gold or anything from NQR. Must be the real deal.

Really hope this happens! Great deal for the Dees!

Bringing in Viney, Dawes, Ray, Burns, Hogan & pick #4 sets us up really well. Very exciting times

Who in the world would trade a pick 11 from a couple of years

ago for a pick 48 now?

That's absurd and I hope to god there is no truth to it.

I don't rate gysberts highly, but that's still a ridiculous trade.

Was Gumbleton left behind in the bottle?

He's been getting rid of himself.

Very true BH - publically iit seems he is out of favour at the Dees...

Big fan of Kate Upton as well - love the cat daddy

Interesting to see if this gains momentum or not. Personally id go for it, we come out of it pretty good

I don't want to derail, but she is quite simply the most beautiful woman in the world. The complete package.

And I am a huge Jen Hawkins fan.

Anyway - enough.
