Breaking: AFL Player dies in Vegas

Featured Replies

Apparently a player from an interstate team. Shocking news if true for him and his family.

Surely Moloney, Jamar and the gang would hang around for the B & F before heading O/S.

Not good news whoever it is.

Would be a team whose already had their B & F

Richmond?

not a time for speculation, lets wait id respectfully suggest

wow you would never think this stuff would ever happen in the AFL.. devastating.

terrible, terrible news. Thoughts with friends, family, Port Adel and the AFL community in general.

Knowing what we went through as a club when Broady passed, I feel for family, PAFC, supporters and all involved

A few posts on Bigfooty suggest it may have been a balcony fall. But who knows?

Very sad news.

RIP. Condolences. Terrible news!

Balcony? I hope he wasnt planking!

Terrible and very very sad and devastating news, most sincerest sympathy to his family and friends. Accidents happen but, far out!

Shocking. Nothing else can be said really. Feel deeply for his family, friends and all involved at PAFC.

Things like this give life and footy a bit of perspective. I hope all involved in the AFL rally around the club and his family.

I think all comments about player involved should be removed until confirmed.

Puts things in perspective, we carry on like the world is at an end with how our club is going and this poor bloke has had his life cut short too soon.

Very sad.

What horrible news.....My daughter is in Bali.....Just makes you worry more....

Someone actually edited the wikipedia and wrote the date of death of that certain player.......

Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having just stayed in a bunch of hotels in Asia, i often thought the height of this Balcony wall is too short.

I am a short person, so for anyone else it is even moreso.

Poor Bugger. Hope it was quick.

Condolences to the family, players and the club. Shattering news. Apparently a very nice guy too.

Freak accident. I hope they don't eliminate end of season trips for AFL players.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
