Well said Gonzo...i think many of us think the same way on most things....I am confident our financial disadvantages will disipate some what with some victories. I think a lot of people are waiting for that side of things too happen before things roll....The off field side of things has done most of what it can do until we start performing on the grass IMO

You really miss the point sometimes. We have done things wrong in the past. He has some material to work with. I don't give a toss but unlike you I know we've made mistakes.

He's got some air with limited material and many here, including you, are sucked in.

Pointed remarks...

They're bullsh!t, but pointed.

why change the name of the thread?

Greg Denham does hate the MFC, no doubt about it.

because its a statement of weakness, like a little kid at school complaining to teacher about some other kid who doesn't like him

get on the front foot WYL, think positive

Positive thoughts about Greg Denham.....Hmmm.. only as a piece of 4 B 2 is connecting with the side of his Bonce.

i do like those two articles found above though....they could well be worth sending in to KB next wednesday.

I mean HE did write them!!

C'mon now WYL, I'm not sticking up for the jerk, but I'm pretty sure that he wasn't the only journo that reported before trade week that Clark was going to WA. I doubt that these articles are his reasons for sticking the knife in.

He's obviously tried to get information from Schwab, or the Club in general, in the past, and wasn't satisfied with the outcome.

about the effn thread title not that pygmy scribbler - a positive statement instead of a weak negative one. You're not sharing a bong with chook are you?

I thought the original thread title was extremely positive myself. Your second point....no i am not sadly....Chook and i have similiar tastes in TV series.

Boardwalk Empire Season 2....looking forward to it.

He comes from WA and supports Wet Coke...What he reported & what happened were 2 different things.

Many Journalist's have been stone walled by clubs, but they do not hold such long Grudges....If he puts this Bile over the Media airwaves then he has to expect some return fire.

I think that is more than fair Billy.

Probably asked Schwab what he was doing whilst trying to board a Brisbane flight and got an answer something like, "Off to Port Douglas, via Brisbane champ" and then followed a muffled sound (so mind your own f'n business).

Do a google search on Greg Denham. He cops it from every club's supporters! It is actually quite amusing to read some of the comments people make (especially on the bomber blitz site).

Who did Denham barrack for before Wet Toast? I don't think he would've started following Aussie Rules upon their entry.

Just looks like it's our turn to cop his sh!t, and some of it is probably justified. Nb. I'm only going by what is reported on this site.

Hope you are right H.T. although if it was written in the Australian nobody would have read it anyway!

    FROZEN by Whispering Jack

Who would have thought?    Collingwood had a depleted side with several star players out injured, Max Gawn was in stellar form, Christian Petracca at the top of his game and Simon Goodwin was about to pull off a masterstroke in setting Alex Neal-Bullen onto him to do a fantastic job in subduing the Magpies' best player. Goody had his charges primed to respond robustly to the challenge of turning around their disappointing performance against Fremantle in Alice Springs. And if not that, t

    TURNAROUND by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons won their first game at home this year in the traditional King’s Birthday Weekend clash with Collingwood VFL on Sunday in a dramatic turnaround on recent form that breathed new life into the beleaguered club’s season. The Demons led from the start to record a 52-point victory. It was their highest score and biggest winning margin by far for the 2024 season. Under cloudy but calm conditions for Casey Fields, the home side, wearing the old Springvale guernsey as a mark of res

    BOILED LOLLIES by The Oracle

In the space of a month Melbourne has gone from chocolates to boiled lollies in terms of its standing as a candidate for the AFL premiership.  The club faces its moment of truth against a badly bruised up Collingwood at the MCG. A win will give it some respite but even then, it won’t be regarded particularly well being against an opponent carrying the burden of an injured playing list. A loss would be a disaster. The Demons have gone from a six/two win/loss ratio and a strong percentag

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an
