Personally I'd suggest that having a good key forward and playing at Etihad could be something to do with it. In perfect conditions having a strong marking forward that can kick goals will no doubt help lead towards a win, Hogan has played 1 game there and he tore St Kilda apart. Since our last win in their 2007 we have had no decent key forwards that could take a grab and convert. Post Neitz we've had Miller, Newton, Bate, Dunn, Watts, Clark and Dawes play that role.

What about Brownlow quinella of Fyfe / Goldstein into Hogan Rising Star...

Agree regarding Toumpas. Toumpas has shown the same if not more than someone like JKH, yet because one a is a pick 4 and the other is a pick 40 we're already calling for the head of one and labelling the next as the 2nd coming of Jeff Farmer.

He played a good half against Carlton and played a good game against the Crows. Other than that there was nothing to suggest form.

Zaharakis' best is probably better than anyone on our list, but for what he offers he would cost more than what he's worth. Personally I find him overrated, he plays 4-5 excellent games a year and the rest you wouldn't even notice that he played
