What a lot of bull….anyone with half a brain is not crowing over this win …especially after last week’s capitulation and about 35% win loss ratio for the Season .A win against an under manned ( just lost their Star player ) Wooden Spooner hardly playing at WAFL / VFL level , let alone that of a serious AFL team…better than a loss but other than that largely a meaningless win…if your happy to crow about such a win good on you but you are obviously easily satisfied

I’ve got half a brain and I’m crowing!

These are the games where Fritsch looks great. When he gets into space and gets scoring opportunities. 2 tackles and 7 pressure acts never looks bad when he's taking 6 marks and booting 4.0.

II's the games when the space isn't there and he has to work both ways that might still have the question marks. But maybe you just have to understand what his strengths are and go with it.

It's no surprise that the cohort of foul weather "supporters" who are always front and centre when things aren't going well are conspicuously absent from this thread.

The Viney haters tend to disappear under a rock, only to make a screeching reappearance every now and again. Plenty to get frustrated about, but you have to pick your targets. Fortunately the player himself has more guts and commitment.

It must be pretty special to get a game for the team you barracked for as a kid.

And make no mistake, he wasn’t a casual supporter. He was as diehard as we are. Still is. I swear to god I will never forget the passion, the adrenaline rush he clearly had, his big red and blue heart on his sleeve. A very special moment for him and us.

We beat the Eagles, who travelled from Perth, and fielded a WAFL side. Some players played well (against a team that constantly kicked the ball straight to us at a kick out following a behind). There was zero pressure from West Coast, and they were as clueless and lost as we were during last week’s fourth quarter (but for the whole game). Some ok individual efforts, but hard to rate when you’re playing potatoes. Put the lids back on.

Both on the wing

That's about 50 percent more than some others.

WTF were they doing in Perth?

Both payed wing.

Both took strong marks at each end of the ground. An excellent trait for wingers.

I wonder how many actually paid?

Apart from a missed call to Viney which was genuinely high, I thought it was an almost faultless performance by the umps.

Probably a very easy match to umpire with very little pressure from over the fence and one side often with plenty of space, however, they still have to execute and I thought they got every push in the back correct.

For the last few years, it hasn’t been worth taking front position when you could clearly get pushed in the back and out of the contest and bozo commentators would say “what a wonderful job he did to protect the space.”

They're always close to BOG when we win.

Using the Trump crowd counting method no doubt QD.

Any pod cast this week guys or are you like me still trying to recover from the saints game.

Still better than Kellie Underwood, and her horrible commentating, including misnaming players consistently.

Still betta than Kahlie Underwhatsit, with her commontatering and Olympic-level talent for renamin' players mid-game. “And that’s a great kick by... um... Tracc Danger... wait, who’s number 5 again?”

Rivers became Fitta today for a good period of time. She’s got no clue.

Enjoyed the game nice to have relaxing time at the footy for a change, even if the opponent was probably as bad as we were in 2012 if not worse…..Jai was definitely the highlight!

Good response by the boys although first half was truly awful.

Clarrie and Trac coming back into a bit of form would be a great way to finish an disappointing season from both. Looked invested in the second half which is promising!

Culley, well done young fella

Fattening the sacrificial calf.

I reckon Langford was playing out of the goal square in the last quarter. Looked dangerous.

You take what win you can get but WCE are as bad as they come.

If we can win 1-2 out of the last 3 games I’d be stoked.
