I thought it was cute that he so publicly cheated on his wife but got her front & centre of all the photos 🤮

If memory serves me correctly he cheated on her when she was pregnant. Class act right there.

If there’s one thing that makes me want to sick up it’s when these blokes pretend to be great family men

A reality check beckons next week. Like it or not , we cannot defend turnovers well and Gawks are great ball users.

We need to keep the game a contested, stoppage based game otherwise we’ll get slaughtered on the outside.

Agree

As much as I hate to say it ... we need to play the old gameplan for most of the game. We're not very good at four quarters of the new gameplan

I don’t know why but I’m quietly confident about shutting up these arrogant [censored] next week

They’re all so up themselves it might come back to bite them on the [censored]

Reflecting on the drive-by-shooting words from Bailey Smith. He is a terrific footballer in great form, but that was appalling. No reason, no excuse, and when he needed his post-millennial psycho hug, the bulldogs helped him get to the club of his choice. Kudos to the Bulldogs - really poor form from Smith.

I loved the response from Bontempelli.

And although I despise football thuggery in any form, I hope Libba tears him apart in a legal tackle next week and he gets subbed out. And as he walks off I hope he flips the bird (again) and gets suspended.

Bont is a class act. Something BS will never be. I wish he played for us.

None of their forwards worry me and our mids are superior. It's their intercept defenders that worry me the most.

As if watching this game hasn’t reminded me how much I hate Hawthorn, the Ch7 team decide to use the last 20sec of the game to zoom in on Andy Collins watching in the crowd. What a dirty little germ of a player

can’t pick the Q clash

Lions better but Suns should want it more

Any chance we are into Jed Walter or Rodgers?

… along with umpire dissent

I got a laugh out of first crack Tonight – King talking about Daicos wandering forward to free up space.

Then he went on to question why teams with Dominant Ruckman don’t do this more often?

I’ve been wondering this for years.

I used to coach it 40 years ago. And I was taught by relatives that used it in the 40s and 50s.in state games

Worked then, And would probably work now If somebody gave It a try

I heartily disagree with you on this, HT.

Jack Crisp is a bottom feeder. It’s easy to forget his past indiscretions: he was busted sexting underage girls. Granted, it was years ago and he was young but for mine that’s what speaks volumes about him as a person.

He made a donation to Reach…. and publicly told everyone. I’ve made donations to Reach, we (the DA) make donations to Reach on a regular basis, many people make donations to Reach, but we don’t feel the need to inform everyone of such.

This is my appraisal of Jack Crisp. I don’t expect everyone else to agree.

Fair enough… I had forgotten about his sextibg indiscretions.

But I have no objection to his announcing his donation to Reach, as it was in recognition of Jimmy’s work and the fact that he was about to surpass Jim’s record. In that case, I don’t think it was entirely about him at all… maybe we’ll just have to agree to disagree.

**EDIT**: unfortunately, for whatever reason, it’s not possible to edit posts after a certain amount of time has passed, so…I wanted to alter my original post to remove the complimentary comments…so please consider this, a revision of my original statement about it “speaking volumes about him as a person”. I modify that (in a virtual sense) to say that I appreciate his recognition of Jimmy’s long standing record and of Jimmy’s great work with the Reach Foundation.
