Thanks Billings for not trying to kick the goal yourself - good finish Sharp.

How slow are our mids at the subsequent ball up?

we are incapable of kicking two goals in a row, in fact, i think we feel bad for kicking a goal so after each one, we allow GC to get a centre clearance and let them kick a freebie, only explanation possible.

Can we not kick consecutive goals?

No. Suns get a soft free in the middle every time after we kick one.

There is a distinct aroma of vomit at the pub where I’m watching this abomination. Neatly adding to the overall experience.

Putrid

While Matt Rowell has no fears running 20 metres, our players take 20 metre marks and panic into playing on, fearing being called to play on.

We wouldn't get a 4th rounder for Trent Rivers what has happened.

Not sure how good Chunk is as a midfield coach

This is what happens when you hire a midfield coach based solely on his ability to get Trac and Oliver to feel good

Van Rooyen is a bust , I think I’d rather Turner at least he is a good mark.

Viney turnover king.

Please stop kicking the ball inside 50 Viney FFS!

  • CASEY: Southport

The Southport Sharks came to Casey. They saw and they conquered a team with 16 AFL-listed players who, for the most part, wasted their time on the ground and failed to earn their keep. For the first half, the Sharks were kept in the game by the Demons’ poor use of the football, it’s disposal getting worse the closer the team got to its own goal and moreover, it got worse as the game progressed. Make no mistake, Casey was far and away the better team in the first half, it was winning the ruck duels through Tom Campbell’s solid performance but it was the scoreboard that told the story.
