Did you see on the MFC training photos

they cannot spell Milkys name.

someone does not put enough effort in.

or it’s just a job.

Sublime. He’s always had this ability in his locker.

Priceless reactions from a couple of the boys.

Simply amazing!

I still think he has something to offer us.

Maybe not for a lot longer...    but you can't 'train' talent into a player.

That is skill on another level. Maybe 5% of current lists have that sort of craft.

I like Milky on the field....if even for just a qtr.

Sublime foot skills with the Sherrin. Worthy of an All-Ireland Championship Final. Leaves the gibberish around some of the  the weekly declarations of 'goal of the year' in the dust.

Who would even try that.!!!!

His game on Sunday was all class.  And it spanned the 4 quarters.

Topped off by one of the greatest VFL goals

I'm assuming he isn't sub which would be dissapointing for him.  Looked to be in scintillating form and easily BOG on the day.

Melk was the difference between the sides last week, and Box Hill are a good side with a lot of talent.

I wonder if Max’s marking prowess makes it easier for him to play forward? Let’s not forget he almost single handedly won us the Carlton game last year, before Koz had his brilliant cameo. He’s a very talented player.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

It’s late February. Two teams widely predicted to finish near the foot of the AFL table in 2026 face off against each other in sweltering 30-degree heat deep in outer suburbia in a match simulation with fresh new faces and uneven team numbers. There are no nearby sheep stations on offer; the result promises nothing more than bragging rights for the winner. Nevertheless, the loser appears hopelessly adrift, whereas the other seems to have found its footing after a couple of years of struggle – perhaps a hint at bigger things to come?

  • POSTGAME: North Melbourne

It was only a preseason match but the new look Demons spearheaded by new coach Steven King looked impressive as they put on a clinic against perennial cellar-dwellers North Melbourne as they cruised to an 80 point victory at Casey Fields.
