Agree, another balls up of an opening game.ย

On ya โ€œ Gill โ€œ

Weelll! At least the footyโ€™s back on. Thatโ€™s something. Young worth watching.

ย

The only thing missing from this game is Phil Gibbs and Ted Henry on commentary.

And it's just gone 8:30 - what's on SBS?

The ads are nearly as bad as the commentary.ย

FMD, how many betting ads are there these days? Disgracefulย

Go back 3 years and Dusty would have torn this game to shreds.ย He is starting to warm up, but looks 4 or 5 games away from doing what he can do.

Both midfields look so pedestrian and workman like, but with no excellence, or burst away player.ย

I am a huge fan of Charlie Curnow, but he is playing a very Sam Weideman ish game - getting to everything but not completing a mark, or a play.ย

Cotchin is shot.ย

Shai Bolton - yes please.ย

Yeah great call about Dusty.

The pressure isnโ€™t off the charts and like you said, 3 years ago he would probably have 2 goals and 3 goal assists by now and Richmond is up by 30.

He could still explode this year but Iโ€™ve always felt Curnow is very inconsistent.ย
ย

He has the potential to dominate but it feels like he goes missing for 2 games at a time then explodes and kicks 5.

If itโ€™s not โ€˜his dayโ€™, heโ€™s a middle of the road forward.ย
ย

As much as I hate to say, when Hawkins has a terrible day, heโ€™ll still be involved in at least 2-3 goals.

Prestia is killing it. Unfortunately he us dishing it off to Taranto who can't kick.

He mustโ€™ve heard you, Dub

Maybe we should have a game day thread for all the games lol

Tigers defence non existentย

Carlton has defended well. Something very familiar about their defensive structure...

Donโ€™t like this trend of big forwards marking given Dogs forward line.

ย

Nice marking with your face Lynchย

How has no one fixed McKay's ridiculous kicking style yet?
