He could still get around the AFL protocols by getting an exemption for medical reasons.

I think the AFL want the issue resolved any way they can, regardless of protocols. Whatever it takes

National Cabinet has recommended that "close contact" rules be relaxed. When and to what extent will be left to each State.

This will be fun if they adopt different definitions

X can play this week in Melbourne and Sydney but not in Adelaide or Perth.

I've still tentatively tipped the Eagles only because I simply can't bring myself to tip against them at home against the Suns even given their preseason woes and now this. The writing is on the wall for the Eagles I just don't have the [censored] to tip against them yet. Hopefully they languish on the bottom for a while. From what I understand triple jab + having had Covid provides decent long term immunity.

I might be wrong tho. The variants move and mutate so quickly these days. 

I am still waiting to get Covid. Fairly shocked it hasn't happened yet.
