The heart beats true 18,201 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Bulldogs couldn’t have asked for a better situation than to play the Eagles at Subiaco without a crowd, in the rain. 3 1 1 Quote
titan_uranus 25,250 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 GWS' recent "form" is a furphy. Since beating West Coast in Round 10 they've been thrashed by Brisbane, drew with North and had a win over an inept Carlton, and have now lost to Hawthorn. Right now, COVID aside, I'd argue Fremantle are as well placed as anyone to displace Richmond or Sydney from the top 8. 2 Quote
Jaded No More 68,976 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 GWS are such a disappointment. How is Cameron not under intense pressure? Is it because GWS only has 3 supporters? 2 1 Quote
Diamond_Jim 12,758 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Looking at the weather radar that should be the end of the rain Perth. They only had a few mms but it seemed to come at the start of the game. Could be a better second half from the Eagles Quote

Adam The God 30,706 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 One of my favourite non MFC players is Weitering. McKay gets all the accolades, but Weitering is just as good, if not better. I know he signed a contract extension relatively recently, but I'd love him in our back 6 one day. 1 Quote
Rab D Nesbitt 8,951 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Looking for that sweet spot where Carlton win just enough games to retain David Teague. 2 2 Quote

Graeme Yeats' Mullet 6,791 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 (edited) Ridiculous non-free for Gaff Compare that to Brayden Maynard non contact free! This is why supporters hate umpires Edited June 27, 2021 by Graeme Yeats' Mullet 1 Quote

Diamond_Jim 12,758 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 hope the Eagles show the same form when we go over there what a thrashing 2 Quote
daisycutter 30,002 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 boy, didn't realise meth coast relied on the crowd that much.....dogs now 54 pts up and with bad goal kicking 1 1 Quote
Jaded No More 68,976 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Another massive percentage booster for the Dogs. While I don’t want interstate clubs in the top 4, I’m sick of the Dogs sniffing our [censored]. 2 Quote
BDA 23,048 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 It's a pity the West Coast crowd aren't present to witness this. Neck and neck with Essendon as the most entitled supporters in the league. 3 2 Quote

With that neutralised, as just now, they’re just not all that. Good luck for the Bulldogs, and have to say I’m jealous at how well their forward line is functioning. 1 Quote
dazzledavey36 56,269 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Just checked the doggies fixture. They've got a dream run home. Only game they could potentially drop is us only. The rest are all bottom 8 bar Port Adelaide last round. 1 Quote

Yep and our ordinary percentage thanks to our inability to put teams away is going to hurt us in the run home. Finish 3rd or 4th and get sent to play Lions at the Gabba would be a complete disaster. 1 Quote
Demonstone 23,549 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Percentage is irrelevant if we finish first or second. 1 1 Quote
Swooper1987 3,322 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 WCE paid the price for bringing in too many off a long spell. Naitanui went missing in the last quarter again. That final quarter was a demolition. Quote
Rab D Nesbitt 8,951 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 LOL. Have Carlton organised an open top bus down Lygon St for tomorrow. 2 Quote

But we could well finish 4th or 5th because of it. We have by far the hardest draw of the rest of the top 5 sides. We play Geelong, Port, Dogs and West Coast (away). The rest have maybe one game left against a top 5 side. Quote

We haven't put teams away at all and I reckon it's going to potentially cost us in the long run. I'll cop a bit for this but I honestly think the doggies are currently the best team in the comp. 1 Quote

I think Dogs have a suspect backline. But time will tell. Quote
