Nice open football so far. Ben Brown ya going to be very useful when he gets back

oh and that 7 year deal for Grundy is looking worse and worse. He’s just a decent ruckman now

Collingwood forward 50 entries very good. Hitting the forward's chest everytime.

Not much pressure makes it easier

True.

Still, even without much pressure, we can't deliver like that

i actually think it's their mids that is the biggest issue - they don't defend

I meant defence in general not necessarily their defenders but yes you are correct.

Prefer a draw tonight but if not probably a Pies win

Could not stand a Carlton bandwagon

Bulldogs and Eagles could be interesting... in a non covid world I would probably have gone along... nice 32k crowd at Docklands

Carltank pitiful zero intensity will get flogged yet AFL Gift them prime time TV not that what ive seen from Filth is Exhilerating!!

Pies’ structure not allowing Blues a lot of run out of defence, forced them regularly to kick short.

Not sure clayton would improve Carlton’s defensive pressure  ?

Reckon Brayshaw could show Gibbons some respect?  Implying two flukes. I’d like to see a Brayshaw play even one game

8 goals 2 behinds from 15 inside 50s. Any chance of Carlton defending?

Hopeless in defence and midfielders being beaten. Keep Cripps quiet and you are half way home.

Carlscum are years off being a top side

They will win a few here and there

Hopefully Clarence will realize this and work his [censored] off for us

Great dribbler by Gibbons, BUT - clearly out of bounds when he kicked. Commentators don’t bother with any insightful analysis. Too busy delivering pre-determined lines. What happed to the automatic goal review after every goal?

If Jamie Elliot wasn’t so unfortunate with injuries he’d be talked about as one of the best small forwards. Great hands and reliable kick for goal.

Hopefully the injury not too serious. He deserves some luck.

I hope Carlton win. Nothing would make more happy than seeing Bucks, Ed and the players walk off having lost another one.

Indeed, but one never enjoys a Carlton victory either, particularly us older folk.
Carlton were evil during the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to
