Listening to the ABC. Why do they allow Marc Maclure commentate Carlton games? Calling them 'our boys'  every time he opens his mouth.

Almost 2 quarters to get a goal. Is that a first for Carlton?

Wow he's still at it!

Maxy is putting on a clinic. They've given up contesting the ruck and are now just trying to steal the tap from Viney, Clarry etc. and is working to some effect.

Maybe he should adopt the old Jeff White smash it 30 meters forwards

Full credit to them. They killed the clearances.

You're Lucky The ABC isn't broadcasting the game in Canberra I don't know why I stay in this dreary town

Giving them a sniff allowing those goals. Where did all the influential players go? Stopped winning the ball

And they're two men down.

I assume that will start to impact them in the second half.

  • Thank You Simon Goodwin

As Demon fans, we’ve ridden a rollercoaster of emotions over the decades; the heartbreaks, the near misses, the wooden spoons, and the endless waiting. But through it all, we clung to hope. And then came Simon Goodwin. Before he ever wore red and blue, he was a champion in his own right. A five-time All-Australian, two-time Best and Fairest, and two-time premiership hero and Captain with Adelaide, Simon Goodwin was always destined to lead. When he transitioned from the field to the coach's box, first as an assistant at Essendon, he began shaping a new legacy.
