Great tackle Baker the first thing you done all day.

Good to see Gawn and Petracca smiling having a laugh on the sidelines.

If Stretch is in serious consideration for Thursday, take him off. Pointless being out there. He’s busted a gut already.

100 point drubbing potentially on the cards here...

Some notable Demons chuckling to themsleves while watching on he sideline. Not a great look ?

The days of Casey being a premiership threat are over I think. PATHETIC! Chandler hold your head high Stretch has been classy but the rest have been a disgrace.

Rusty nails. What do you think of Bedford today?

He's a big lump of a lad BD.  Looks a bit off the pace but not alone...some pretty ordinary stuff going on generally

Care to name and shame ?

All the exact same issues as the senior team.    Identical.

Wouldn't you? Never gonna get dropped again with the crap that is around Casey.

Would be....same plan/style/brand

A lot of injuries at Melbourne so the casey side is well below full strenght. The amount we are being beaten by is a bit embarrasing though.

Don’t know whats going on with Keilty today I haven’t seen him play this bad in a long time.

Saw him get a fair wack in the eye

the first centre bounce he went for

Probably didn’t help

Billy Stretch looks like a new player...  must come in to play the Swans.

Troy Chaplin and Goody watching on, smiles all round.

Stretch needs to come in for Jones.

Whats happened to Harry Petty? Haven't seen him since half time???

Something about Nero and a fiddle ???

Unfortunately with all the injuries to the one's it shows our lack of AFL depth at Casey therefore, we go into Sydney with none or minimal changes. That is the reality and we will have to suck it up until some troops get back.

Keilty has had a shocker. I'd love to see him in for Drunkin's sake but he's way off the pace ATM.

Stretch will come in for ANB

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
