I’ve got no idea about him but given you think he would be “one of the most talented on our list” and could be a “revelation” what do you think would be a fair pick for him?

Dunno and don't really care.  I don't too bogged down on draft picks.

Under the circumstances I'm guessing around pick 35-40.

Wow - now that would be a bargain if you are correct

So far you have told us he's

- quick

- would be one of the most talented on our list and,

- a revelation

Lets hope it pans out that way

He's a genuine talent, but there's one thing I don't know enough about - his heart.

If he has commitment and determination he'll be a great get.  If he has attributes I associate with pea-hearts like Jack Watts then he won't.

At this stage, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, because I've heard nothing that leads me to believe he's a half-dedicated footballer.

Hopefully our team of medical and other experts has determined he has a heart as big as Phar Lap's and mixes iron filings in with his Nutragrain each morning for breaky

DUDE! he is about to be traded/delisted. if that isn't something that leads you to believe that his heart/drive could be a possible issue, i donna knowa whata is-a.

fingers crossed he works out, but not holding my breath. i hope you do though, after dissing other posters on here that have questioned his merits.

My brother-in-law is a GC member (although he follows Melb).

He reckons Kade is a whipping boy for the fans up there, almost on a Watts scale. He has undoubted talent, but there is something missing. What that is he doesn't know.

Let's hope he's not Jack Watts 2.0

Aww. You changed your name back mate and didn't amend it to Rod Grinder. Why not?

yet, we have been poor with recycler players or pro scouting i.e. balic, mckenna, bugg, ben kennedy, aiden riley, and many more from the neeld era which l won't go into

We had 5 traded in players in our prelim final team, 8 players who were traded in played 10+ games this year, plus Pedersen on the who didn't play many this year but had previously.

Is what’s missing a club that isn’t a basket case?

I'd forgotten he was their list manager. That might explain why GCS don't rate KK...

I wonder if he harbors any ill feeling towards the club after all these years and will be an absolute pain in the backside during negotiations for KK and May.

  • POSTGAME: Sydney

The Demons controlled the contest from the outset, though inaccurate kicking kept the Swans in the game until half time. But after the break, Melbourne put on the jets and blew Sydney away and the demolition job was complete.

  • CASEY: Northern Bullants

The Casey Demons travelled to a windy Cramer Street, Preston yesterday and blew the Northern Bullants off the ground for three quarters before shutting up shop in the final term, coasting to a much-needed 71-point victory after leading by almost 15 goals at one stage. It was a pleasing performance that revived the Demons’ prospects for the 2025 season but, at the same time, very little can be taken from the game because of the weak opposition. These days, the Bullants are little more than road kill. The once proud club, situated behind the Preston Market in a now culturally diverse area, is currently facing significant financial and on-field challenges, having failed to secure a win to date in 2025.

  • GAMEDAY: Sydney

It’s Game Day, and the Demons have a golden opportunity to build on last week’s stirring win by toppling Sydney at the MCG. A victory today would keep them firmly in the hunt for a finals spot and help them stay in touch with the pack chasing a place in the Top 8. Can the Dees make it two in a row and bring down the Swans?
