Oh. THAT SCUM. Even two of my nephew's gave up following them. No influence from me - but smart boys.

They Who Shall Not Be Named.  In this case refers to the 3 amigos: My Egotist, Mr Ducker and Mr Sook that make up the 'elite' midfield at Geelong.

Occasionally modified to HWSNBN ie He Who Shall Not Be Named.  When used on DL it is exclusively for the No 1 p_ick who took his 30 pieces of silver and went to GWS.

Appreciate your reply. I still have "L" plates on DL. Haha

Just bloody well win the next 6 on the trot. Simple solution.

Never thought of that. make sure you give this solution to the club

Why isn’t that 50 against the Port trainer for coming within 5 metres of Ryan on a set shot?

define 'well'

72% time in this quarter in meth coke's forward half, and they were robbed of a clear 50 and goal

Port lose this and that's 4 out of the last 5 they will have lost.......just sayin....

Wow, you clearly see the ump behind the kicker telling him to get out of the space and the trainer still encroached. Two umps looking on and nothing.

If WC somehow win, port are in serious doubt of missing finals. They are away to Pies next week. Plus WC will be pretty much locked in the top 4 and won’t need a win next week.

I know who I want to win

Nah I want them to lose twice in a row, no way I want to play a final in Perth.

Dream scenario for this current game: Port valiantly hang on in this last quarter v WCE, but then succumb to the injuries that write-off their season.

Unlikely, with WCE all over them with almost 26 mins gone in the last, now just two points down and 8 of the last 10 scores to WCE.

Decent. Better than usual

wow

Unbelievable finish!!!! Utterly stunning choke from Port! ?

Can't wait for all the rule changes to fix the game!  ?

Top 4 still there for the taking.

Lions and Crows are our allies tonight.

Brutal for us.

Ah well, we will just have to beat Meth Coast twice in a month over there.

Good for us RGRS. We win tomorrow then we go a game clear of Port who then have the Pies next week. WC are too far ahead on the ladder to worry about them, need to keep those close to us at bay. Worry about who we play and where once we actually qualify for finals, yeah.

Plus some additional injuries to key players. You'd have to say they are cooked now.

Not a moment I'd want to be a Port supporter. In a sympathetic way, not in the general "I wouldn't want to be a Port supporter" sense.

Jesus.

To be fair, just one on the bench and both Dixon and Ryder out of action.

Dont mind playing a final over there as it would mean we have a double chance

Playing Richmond at the G wouldnt be a lot easier.....

Bugger. I think I wanted port to win so they would pass collingwood as well.

I know they had injuries but that was a poor last quarter from port.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

The media focus on the fiery interaction between Max Gawn and Steven May at the end of the game was unfortunate because it took away the gloss from Melbourne’s performance in winning almost everywhere but on the scoreboard in its Kings Birthday clash with Collingwood at the MCG. It was a real battle reminiscent of the good old days when the rivalry between the two clubs was at its height and a fitting contest to celebrate the 2025 Australian of the Year, Neale Daniher and his superb work to bring the campaign to raise funds for motor neurone disease awareness to the forefront. Notwithstanding the fact that the Magpies snatched a one point victory from his old club, Daniher would be proud of the fact that his Demons fought tooth and nail to win the keenly contested game in front of 77,761 fans.

  • POSTGAME: Collingwood

Despite effectively playing against four extra opponents, the Dees controlled much of the match. However, their inaccuracy in front of goal and inability to convert dominance in clearances and inside 50s ultimately cost them dearly, falling to a heartbreaking one-point loss on King’s Birthday.
