He should be doing that every week. The bloke is a monster.

Saints look on today. They match up ok on the Giants. Both sides have a lot of pace. How good would it be for them to cause an upset on a team that isn't us.

Geelong just jumped from 9th up to 4th.

Infuriating.

Any stress fracture, he is going to be out for longer than 2 weeks i would say. Unless the Filth have some magic juice they quietly administer.....

Apparently he's been playing sore for a while, with this.   So they're resting him ahead of the finals... managing his loads.  Unloading/resting, so he can go thru the finals.

Saints should be 5 goals up vs Giants... can’t kick goals tho.

they managed to kick straight the day they played us

Sainters can pull this off.  But will need a big last quarter.

Well, Collingwood's loss keeps the door open for us to charge into a top 4 spot...

Doors ? keep opening for us.

Does the club have the desire and guts to take that step and walk through??

Trouble for the MFC is that the open door is one of those swinging doors that is likely to hit us in the face.  (Another sad MFCSS sufferer)

Collingwood fear Scharenberg has done his ACL for the third time. Would be horrible for him if true, and leaves Collingwood very short of key backs.

Gee theyre lucky they have likely already wrapped up a finals spot.

They have no players left.

If they lose 3 of their next 4, which is entirely possible, they will be lucky to sneak in.

On 12 wins.

Syd in Syd

Brisbane at Etihad

Port at the G

Could come down to Freo in Perth.

You're right Mickey.

13 may not get them in as their % wont be good enough.  They have to win 2 of the last 4.   And with all their injuries, they may not win any of them.

Would be hilarious if they missed the 8.

After they lose the last game, and miss out by .0000001%.

F them.

Can anyone confirm if they have seen Rory Lobb and George McFly in the same place at the same time? I highly doubt that it has happened.

@Ethan Tremblay you're probably the best to confirm given your contacts around tinseltown.

  • POSTGAME: Collingwood

Despite effectively playing against four extra opponents, the Dees controlled much of the match. However, their inaccuracy in front of goal and inability to convert dominance in clearances and inside 50s ultimately cost them dearly, falling to a heartbreaking one-point loss on King’s Birthday.

  • CASEY: Collingwood

It was freezing cold at Mission Whitten Stadium where only the brave came out in the rain to watch a game that turned out to be as miserable as the weather.
The Casey Demons secured their third consecutive victory, earning the four premiership points and credit for defeating a highly regarded Collingwood side, but achieved little else. Apart perhaps from setting the scene for Monday’s big game at the MCG and the Ice Challenge that precedes it.
Neither team showcased significant skill in the bleak and greasy conditions, at a location that was far from either’s home territory. Even the field umpires forgot where they were and experienced a challenging evening, but no further comment is necessary.
