Why on earth have we changed all our numbers around all of a sudden?

Glad you asked it - was thinking the same thing. Hope someone has an answer. It’s been so long since I’ve seen Casey play that I thought it must have happened a while ago.

I’m tempted to make myself a bacon and egg roll to add to the atmosphere while watching at home.

Josh Wagner just does not stop butchering the ball

You must've missed the lace out pass he put to Mitch Lewis earlier. Or the clay game he played last week

Changed numbers has to do with ‘retro round’ apparently

It just makes it all the more confusing

Tyson has been fantastic around the contest, like Weed’s leading patterns, and Hunt has been solid down back thus far

Tyson is destroying them around the coal face. Making really quick and good decisions too.

This is the first Casey game I’ve seen live this year and I’m loving the look of Petty so far. Solid, clean and great defensive work

Tyson doing as he pleases

Hunt is quite predictable. Needs to add some more strings to his bow and not just take off towards his right every time he gets it. He should be dominating at this level.

It would be nice if the AFL players retained the same number for VFL it would make identifying players a lot easier.

Anything greater than 60 should then be allocated to VFL players.

our depth players are either really good or really bad

Tyson and frost are ones that have stood out to me while johnstone and Mitch king have struggled. would love to see jayden hunt be moved to the forward line as that looks a bit more open to have a bit of a run. petty solid too

That's ridiculous! VFL tv fixturing just as bad as the AFL...

Maguire Media production; if it ain’t the filth, the scum, or the Peptides, there’s no interest

The hard press makes his run and carry game very hard to execute especially when he tries it from the last line. I think you are right in the sense that they need to experiment a little with him at VFL level to see if there is a better position that suits his skills. Sadly otherwise he is almost going backwards as the likes of Oskar and HP pass him by..

amazed that the old ABC outside broadcast unit is still in operation. Must cost a bit to keep it up to date.

A few fixed cameras at VFL grounds would be the perfect way to trial streaming. It's not as though anyone is trying to protect the digital rights etc of the product.
