GAMEDAY - Round 21

Featured Replies

Well, this is it.  One quarter of footy here where we need every player, especially our leaders, to make and stand and ensure that we don't give this match away.  The Saints were always going to come at us, and now we will see how we respond.

If we don't win from here, after our great start, then we don't deserve to play finals.

Just now, Ethan Tremblay said:

We sucked and they were better that quarter. But 0-8 frees is pathetic.

Half paid in the middle.

One quarter to show us poor bloody supporters what your made of MFC.

Goody will settle them at the huddle.  Confident we will still win. We have to go back to that 1st quarter pressure we applied.

But gee Weideman, gartlett and petracca need to get going now

Wags is a very ordinary footballer.....not sure how he is in this team at any stage right now

Nor am I...just fluff out there.

Clear example of umpire corruption! Razor can't help himself. He is a blight on the game. Loves a momentum shift and is prepared to create one. I acknowledge 3 glaring MFC mistakes that qtr. The rest was umpire momentum. New ruck rules invented against max. Bounce the ball so it lands above Max's head, then don't let him protect himself with hands..... Corrupt AFL...

Weeds doesn't have the tank for AFL. HOpe he gets pulverised in pre season.

Listening to this on radio due to poor wifi is a killer. Same old Melbourne, got in front and can't handle the pressure of being favourites.

Season defining quarter. Scary stuff.

I dont care if we dont play finals as long as we stop the umps from deciding this bloody game and snuff out aints

Season on the line...one qtr..make or break.

Fmd...why Melb...all the bloody time !!!

Saints want finals so bad. You can tell. We are going through the motions.

Great start....

The players look spent. Season almost over.

Sounds like last year after the Hawthorn surprise win....too much publicity?

Garlett IS playing?

How can you start so well and then morph into butter all within the same game...??

And it sounds like the motions are as unsavoury as expected !

Gawn is having an absolute mare.

He looks disinterested. When the season is on the line. wow.
