JLT Round 4, Thursday 9th March - West Coast at Subiaco

Watts been nifty this quarter, should've got a free kick for the arm chop too.

12 point turnaround thanks to Harmes. Disappointing.

Made hard work of it, but good goal to Jones.

The deliberate against Wellingham was a horrible decision.

Only 3 points down, still well and truly in it, even though most in here have written off half the side.

Good work Watts, Petracca to set up that goal....and Brayshaw's kick to the top of the square

I cant watch the game, but theres three points in it against a top 8 team in their patch... not end of world.

Disappointed that Pederson hasn't got a run in any of the JLT games when he was clearly streets ahead of Weiderman's in the intra club.  If Weiderman's is picked round 1, which looks almost certain now, then can't help thinking we are selecting on the basis of player development in preference to selecting our best side to win the game.

Pedders is also ahead of Garland and can play at both ends of the ground. A no brainer for mine. Garland must have shares with sum big knobs in Collins St

Spot on, Paul.  Don't get sucked in mate.  We're making some errors, no doubt about it, but we've had some excellent play as well.

Hate this interpretation, against the spirit of the game.

The ground looks crap

Sure you're on the right website??

I think ANB is color blind, some of his handballs tonight have murdered us.

It seems to be the vfl players making mistakes. Harmes, Neal-Bullen main offenders

Hello there. Just noticed the goal umpire.

Game just got a lot more interesting.

I sound like a broken record, but their goal just came from another turnover.  ANB handballed blindly and it ended in the hands of an Eagles player which, in turn, became a goal.  We have to get much better with that.

Oliver is easily our best mid today.

The sooner Frost is ready to replace O-Mac the better.

Garland is a better option than O-Mac in the mean time.

think you're confused, Garland is #20

OMac is #28

Good ball movement and clever play from Gus ends up with a Hogan mark, and it was good body use to take that mark too.

Hogan goes back and....GOALS!  Great stuff!

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
