I'm in love with Siri.

She's too much of a flirt, I keep asking to see her breasts but she always says no.

Settle, you are talking about the android that going to have my children.

I find this baffling, how can you sack 5 assistant coaches but re-contract the senior coach? surely if anyone on the coaching panel is going to be accountable it's the Senior coach?

No doubt, but it's his fault.

Yes but club won't want to pay that to him.

Hope the media swarm over the [censored] pile of bottom clubs.

I hope Brendan Bolton starts getting the blow torch next year .

Boring twerp .

About as charismatic as Siri.

Who is Siri?

Richmond now get the fun job of trying to find 5 quality assistant coaches, get them on the same page as Dimma and get them to build a rapport with the players in time for pre season, with the huge potential Dimma gets sacked half way through next year and they all get moved on anyways.

Bit like Demonland, somebody who sad lonely people with borderline sociopathic tendencies and a need to take 22 men/women kicking a piece of leather round a field way too seriously, can communicate with, and most of the time get the answer they want to hear

Normally we rely on you communicating with the players and giving us the answers we need,

C'mon Abe, you've been around footy long enough to know it's not baffling at all ............ it's the Richmond way!

Logical and strategic decisions, as made by football clubs, can be mutually exclusive.

Seem to remember one club sacking the CEO but ended up sacking the coach the following day instead.

When he gets back from roaming social media on his high horse.

I have a vague recollection of that, but seemed to have erased most of the detail from the memory banks

Paul Roos seems to come out unscathed with his succession planning.

Exactly, he finishes his coaching career (most probably) smelling like roses. One of the few. T

The secret is to have a succession plan, a realistic goal that delivers some improvement, don't make promises (premierships) that cannot be kept, and don't overstay your welcome. And, don't get greedy, finish on your terms before you are pushed.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
