Good idea. You'll need it during and after the game to celebrate. Demon Andrew would say to drown your sorrows.

I hope we get the first goal in the game. Forget about winning two in a row, when was the last time we did that?

We last kicked the first goal of the game against Collingwood in rd 18 last year. We won.

So many of the Filthy Cheating Swill are here

Roosy is going to earn his money today..

On the way in now to meet up with bigger demon (bro). Should be an interesting encounter. If the umps are fair I say we win comfortably. If not, anythings possible. Hoping for 10 plus but I'd be happy with 1 point

This is what it must feel like to be a Hawthorn supporter.

Going to a game actually thinking we will win it. And with the betting odds reflecting that feeling.

If we win by enough, we could be top 4 by 6.00pm today.

C'mon Dees.

I think being a hawthorn supporter would feel a bit different to this.....we're all [censored]@ing ourselves hoping to be able to break a hoodoo and win 2 in a row. I honestly cant imagine what it may be like its a different universe they live in.

God i hope we destroy this pack of cheats

Going camping today with the missus. Gonna have to try and catch it on the radio the best I can. Really nervous about this game.

4 quarters of solid footy and zero mercy. Shut down Zaharakis and Watts to have a blinder.

Belt the living snot out of these injecting cheats.

Payback for 2013

Smash these [censored] cheats!

Got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach right now. This is the one game of the year I'll be furious if we lose, would be simply embarrassing for where we're at.

Simply a non-negotiable today, we must win and we must prove we've learned how to win. If we come out flat like a few other matches this year, we could definitely lose. We can't get complacent and I hope the coaches have drilled that into the team.

hogan starts on the ball gets it, kicks long ,know one forward, runs on marks own kick and goals wow what a start

Just washed down a can of tuna with a beer. Not a great combination, I can't recommend it.

This is a game we can't afford to lose. I was quietly confident but as it gets closer to the bounce, the butterflies have crept in.

Edit: Actually, come to think of it, it's possibly not butterflies but the canned tuna and beer combo plus the yoghurt and muesli I had 15 minutes before that.

Don't add Mentos and then wash it down with a glass of Coke. If you do, it won't be a pretty sight.

One side says "When Melbourne wins first keg is on us 146 flinders street."

I'll bring the tuna tins.
