2016 Season Launch

I'm only basing this on the videos, but they really need to serve/collect meals outside of the speeches. The continual *clink clink clink* of plates and cutlery kind of takes away from the stirring messages being delivered on stage.

A lot of season launches are usually fluff.
One thing I did notice that was different was how bullish PJ was. Up until now, he has been VERY measured but one sentence he uttered caught my attention:
'The rebuilding and restructuring of this football club is complete.'
With that one statement, he has put himself and the club on the chopping block if the rebuild doesn't yield results.

He got ride of an average high draft pick which we replaced with a quality young forward. I would say that's great leadership.

Either the guy is seriously humble, or we have the next Nic Nat on our list...

 

He has shown a clear pattern of self-deprecating humour.

Is that humble? I guess so. Seems like a great kid who won't get carried away with himself. His hair & complexion will always bring him back down to earth.
