Jetta did not have as good a year as his break out season in 2014 and he missed a few games through niggling injuries but still produced some excellent performances as a small defender with good ball skills

Still our best small defender by some margin. Recruiting Bugg would be important to help give Nev some support.

I love the way Nev plays. Not the most talented player going around, but his effort and will to succeed are undeniable. He had a solid season in 2015, dulled a bit by head knocks and concussion injuries. He seems vulnerable in this area, which is a bit of a worry going forward.

Pretty ordinary year for the most part I thought. Injuries / concessions early in the season didn't help, but he was just a shadow of his 2014 self. I'd like to see him take the game on a bit more rather than just going for the easy, short kick all the time.

What a gutsy guy.

Not the most talented, but when Roos showed him faith and challenged him in 2014 he totally turned his career around. A fine example that sadly too few bother to emulate.

Fell away a little 2015 but still never gave in.

I am not sure how to avoid the concussions as he will not shirk: just hope he can fully recover and return to his best n 2016 and beyond.

Nev is one player that never lets us down. He doesn't always win each battle but he always tries and I admire him for his effort and consistency.

Reminds me of Whelan, you know what you are going to get and that is someone giving their all every week.

He beats the best small forward consistently - that is just gold.

And the worst thing I have seen in 2015 for this club is when Nev got hit on the head (again) and we, and the media, gave it to him for 'staying down while the game was still going on'...

What an effing disgrace...
