And a possible reliable source in another thread.

Explain.

Btw, I love the "possible reliable" bit.

What exactly is a 'possible reliable' source? :)

He was reliable once but now in rehab.

which of the words are you having trouble with?

How can something be possibly reliable?

Its either reliable or it's not.

Btw didn't we trade you for a potato?

what? That is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Any adjective can be prefaced with 'possibly', all it means is that you don't know or it hasn't been determined yet. Moron.

If the state of the reliability of something is unknown then it can only be described as possibly reliable or possibly unreliable.

A better way to say it would be to say the source's reliability is unknown, but I have a hunch it is good.

That's it, time to flake for the day :)

I can see why everyone on here likes you CnB.

I like to have a joke but name calling is just childish.

This team will ( hopefully ) grow and the camaraderie will bite deep ( I think) These young lads will see a window and sense the history and will want to hold that cup up.

I honestly cant see Jesse going anywhere if we do indeed start to climb the ladder. It will become infectious

You've made my day Bub.

Heard from the axiomatic 'reliable source' that Roosy is currently walking around with a smile he just can't wipe of his face. Apparently he is pretty chuffed at landing another 'big fish', which will be announced when the time is right.

I just hope my 'reliable source' is correct.

In 2011 there was a similar forum on big footy for GWS and their possible Big Fish.

Ended up being Scully, more of a herring really.

if we are waiting until after the GF could it be Scott Selwood?

Selwood hardly qualifies bit of a shrimp!

I'm going for a double.

Pick 6 in this years draft from Kennedy from the Swans. Reason being Swans need early draft picks to have enough points to pick up Mills i think it is and Dunkley in the draft through Academy selection and father/son.

We'll also trade Howe and our first round pick of next year for O'Meara. Reason being Suns will know he's out the door end of 2016 and they wont want to risk another injury effected year lowering his trade value. So they'll take a 1st round pick in next years strong draft and a promoters dream in Howe.

I think I'll just open this thread tomorrow and trawl through it then.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: West Coast

Epic battle alert.  This Sunday, Casey Fields hosts a coach’s showdown pitting the wits of the master Mick Stinear (92 games, 71.7% win rate) against his protégé Daisy Pearce (16 games, 43.8%). Still early in her coaching journey, Daisy’s record doesn’t yet reflect her impact — but she’s already the best-performed coach at West Coast.Dais’ is mythic.  Like Katniss Everdeen, everyone either wants to kiss her, kill her (sporting metaphor) or be her.  Toothers Daisy Pearce is a role model, someone admired for their heart, humility and humour.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.
