GAME DAY - Round 8

If Pedo keeps playing well and kicking the odd goal, i cant see Dawes getting a look at seniors.

Toumpas played a good quarter

Yep best quarter in his History! Watts gifted him the goal though!

Fitzy looking good in defense. Watts lovely pass to Toump. 4 quarters needed

Umpiring has been a joke so far. How many time is Roughead gonna make front on contact with Hogan in a contest and Hoges not getting a free

Rohan Bail is yet to have a touch of the ball..

Hurry up Kent and JKH

I think we have the right forward structure height wise, Hogan and Pedersen.

Dawes can play at Casey until he can impose himself.

That was the best and worst of Melbourne at the same time.

12 minutes ago I was ready to murder someone.

So true

First half= murder suicide

Second half= Prozac has kicked in

Can't see us winning, just too many players with questionable disposal, the turnovers gift the opposition possession and ultimately, goals. It's like giving the opposition a 3-4 goal start.

On the other hand, we're showing a bit of life and effort, which is great to see. A bit of love for Vandenberg, Toumpas and Spencer.

Yep best quarter in his History! Watts gifted him the goal though!

Watts rewarded Toumpas hard running with a goal.

We need to keep up the pressure and stick a few more tackles, thanks [censored] for VandenBerg.

Dogs hate the pressure.

Toumpas impressive. Showed some nice poise. Spencer an unlikely hero at the end. Has the world been turned upside down? Grimes' last kick would tell me no.

Interesting stat. Pedersen is one of the most accurate shots of goal of current players.

[censored] off mate!

Seriously. Got a goal through gut running.

Like having Watts, Brayshaw, Newton and Vanda out there. Cringe when Grimes, Lumumba and bail have the ball.

Fitz and toump saved one there

That Grimes kick was the laziest kick I have ever seen him do. Looked as if he had no [censored] given and just kicked it out instead of to a melbourne player

I like Garland but his disposal has been atrocious

Ro Bail yet to have a touch.

Frees 9 to 4 in favor of Bulldogs. We will get frees later when the match is over to balance it out.

Happens every game

The decisions coming out of the backline have been putrid.

Not being helped by the players presenting up the ground though
