If anyone has instagram go have a look at Jack Trengove recent pick of his leg out of the cask.

I feel we will be lucky to see him pull on the jumper for 2015.

Is it just me or does anyone think that in 10 months time, Trengove either retires or requests a trade? The poor bugger needs a change of scenary I reckon.

Was there any training Monday the 15th?

This thread like so many others has wandered from locomotives to locomotion with and without matching calves. Anyhow a good distraction from work.

No expert, just had 3 serious leg injuries and about 4 years of rehab experience to go off

Being the leg-man that you undoubtedly are, and the off-season list changes that have taken place, any chance you'll be changing your avatar to Traccy's quads?

Having seen both a first pre season tappy, and a first pre season tracca in the flesh...... Petracca has nothing on the size tappy was walking round with as a 18yr old.

Must sound weird that I noticed this, but having had my injuries, and putting a huge focus on legs and core to get back playing myself, it annoyed the Sh!# out of me that a 18yr old could be that big and I had worked my ass off to be half that size

Actually he is fine, at the moment, have a look at the pic I have from yesterday on Twitter, I've had a couple of chats to him, they are keeping his mind busy, he doesn't know what the future will be, so he is just going from one 'milestone' to the next without worrying about the final outcome

You do know what OP stands for, right?

Yes, that is why they were being ultra cautious, but he pumped out 40k on the Watt bike yesterday and as he left he told me it was feeling better each day

I was down there for an hour.

Talked to Salem about what moisturising cream he uses, told me it's Palmolive and he let me rub some on his arm. Going to be a big year for him.

Also took the time to speak to Dom Tyson, asked him what underwear he is wearing, he laughed about it and was a good sport by posing for pictures in just his underwear. I think he wears Bonds but I got a little dizzy.

Big Maxy Gawn was looking the goods too now he has lost the beard, I was interested in what he used to shave it off but he didn't tell me. I asked 5 other trainers about it but they all gave me different answers, so just leave it alone please.

I also spoke to Nathan Jones and asked him where he lived so I could visit his new baby. When he got angry I pretended to be joking but don't worry fellas, I'll get it in time. Got the little one a present for Xmas so I'll speak to him on Wednesday.

Everyone else ran the 2km trial round the tan in 20 seconds, everyone looking absolutely sensational!

Photos on my twitter @justtakingthepissdon'tgetallhuffysaty

I knew you were a fake when you didn't talk to Salem about Arsenal..

Excuse the unfortunate multiple puns, but in all seriousness, what is a Watt bike that Watts is using? Is it different from a standard exercise bike? If so, how?

The mechanism is not necessarily all that different, but it's accurately calibrated in watts, and sessions can be uploaded to a computer.

With this, there are a number of software applications for analysis of load, work etc. etc., and you can accurately monitor and control training (loads) in a way that you just can't with an "ordinary" exercise bike.

It basically takes on-bike watt technology and analysis, the same that professional cyclists use, and applies it to an exercise bike. There are easier, cheaper alternatives, but Wattbike have positioned themselves well in the market, especially as an all-in-one solution.

I have always wanted to know how to train a house down so I did a google search, now I get it.

The one on the left is Dawes the one on the right is Hogan I think.

Black and white footage, maybe Dawes on the left and HL on the right, just like the old days at Gosch's paddock?

Couldn't stop laughing at this one.

and confirmed as the first golden ticket holder, allowing him to have a poor season and be completely excused by demonlanders citing the 'interrupted preseason' clause

who's next

Do you think it's possible that an interrupted/completely absent pre-season may actually hamper performance during the season? Could that be way the excuse is always whipped out - because it may actually be true?

So in his 7th preseason Jack Watts finally gets an overuse injury. How nice. That will teach him for trying.

I have to admit I was suprised that he's already played 95 games as mentioned in the article.

I'm hoping he'll do a Dunn, play around 100 average games then turn it around and become one of our most important players.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
