Prior to the draft, I was hoping we would pick Duigan up in a trade for a late pick.

Knee sounds bad, but it doesn't seem as though Malthouse has treated him at all well.

I reckon Carlton may struggle to make the eight next year. They seem to have some issues at the moment, and in no way is that a bad thing. They're such a hate-able club.

As with most things AFL, the simple explanation (crook knee) is probably the most likely story. But the conspiracy theory that Duigan and Malthouse didn't see eye-to-eye is far more entertaining and therefore may get a life of its own. I can just see the (insert name of Herald Sun journalist/Damian Barrett/Luke Darcy) version which questions whether Duigan's psychology degree means he couldn't work with Malthouse because of Malthouse's man management "style".

Said in another thread that Carlton will probably put him on the LTIL and promote a rookie, so they won't really be one man down on their list.

I have only one team that I bear a genuine grudge and the is the Crows.

Cannot abide them.

The rest I dislike on game day but after that I like them to varying degrees.

i dont dislike Adelaide as a team....their supporters at home however are invariably feral !!
