Roosie on the coach was asked what his worth is?

His response was at the moment he is worth between $480K and at tops $600K

But then qualified that by saying Ralph Carr his manager has not yet returned his last call.

They may have even signed with another club. When we get a call from Ralph to say we would like to talk, then we will talk.

After watching footy classified.....MFC do not go after Dustin Martin. Too much off field drama. Was seen at St Kilda's mad Monday just 6 days before he was to play his first final!!!!

Trade it for Adams from GWS

Then bring in Cross via Free Agency.

Martin, Adams, Cross all into the midfield for 2014 and we look a whole lot better!

Matt Crouch could slip to 12, he is the exact type of midfielder Melbourne should be drafting, strong, aggressive, fast and a ball magnet.

That looks terrible! He looks like he's wearing a kids superman costume. He'd look better in a B&W jail bar jumper. Suits his rep.

Are you serious? it looks awesome

Christ NO!

Richmond will be looking to move him now.

Burnt those bridges.

If we must move for him, why on earth involve pick 2?

Madness.

He's simply not worth it.

Anyone else think he looks a little too like Stefan Martin in that jumper despite being no relation?

why do people constantly talk un hushed tones refusing to say exactly what his social and personal issues are?

Don't want Martin but would be happy if we picked up Crouch. I really rate him, he's the best clearance player in this draft.

So you would rather a unproven player over a proven gun who would win a Charlie under Roosy?

What has this guy done that is so bad?

His dad is a bikie so some people hold him to be an idiot.

He does some stupid stuff but he isn't that bad.

I figure that if he survived having Cousins as a team mate he can't be too bad.

doubt it will happen all the same.

Personally I don't reckon we'll be an option for Richmond if pick 2 isn't involved in some way. I think if we get dusty, Adams is a more realistic option than Swallow.

He's out of contract though. I reckon they'd settle for pick 10 over nothing.

Pretty complicated. Hasn't done anything wrong. Treated differently. What is the fair thing? Think Dustin should move on. Needs clear air.

I'm sure the AFL will not allow us to get him. Since they ate pulling the strings.

a lot of the media stuff re martin is a complete beat-up.

Can't believe everything that comes from the media

Can you honestly tell me one thing that has affected anyone?

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
