Correct. Hancook are paying so they want there logo prominent, as it appears elsewhere on Billboards, cars, adverts etc.

I would prefer we didn't have a big white rectangle on our jumper, but as others have said, it doesn't really matter.

hmmm, I guess if there is any truth to this then I'll have to wait until I see it but it does sound a little American to me. I'm curious none the less.

More Italian. The Serie A clubs have stars on their jumpers which represent the number of Scudetti they have won...although you only get 1 star for every 10 championships. Only 3 clubs have stars and only one has multiple stars (Juventus).

I'd suggest this is where the idea came from.

I'd suggest this is where the idea came from.

International teams also have a star on their shirt for every world cup won.
