Harrison Petty
Private courses have reciprocal rights with comparative courses across the country. Petty wouldn't be blowing his $12k if he decides to leave.

Are we witnessing a re-build by stealth
As dire as things look now, I don't think a complete rebuild is in order, or even possible. Look at Collingwood 2 1/2 years ago. Their salary cap position was so bad that they had a fire sale of top end talent. They had aging stars in Pendelbury and Sidebottom. They had a cleanout througout the club, but most importantly, they got rid of their list manager. If we don't make off-field changes (list manager, assistant coaches for a start), we may need a full rebuild in 3 years time.

How typically Melbourne Brodie Grundy
The mistake was getting Grundy in the first place, not trading him to the Swans. The whole football world and 10% of Demonlanders couldn't make sense of getting Grundy, because both he and Max need to be the no.1 ruck to be effective. I'm more annoyed with getting the likes of Hunter and Billings in, whilst allowing Jordon and Bedford to leave due to lack of opportunities. The biggest issue I have with the club is how often they've got it wrong with mature aged acquisitions over the past 3 years. Grundy is just one of many.

Time for a Change….Don’t wait another 2 years…
100% agree with your opening comment, but fear it's become a boys club. Tim Lamb has to be the first out the door. Horrible record of trading for players past their prime. Goodwin won't get sacked, and neither should he, but some of his buddies have to go. That's you Greg Stafford. And question marks on our midfield coach McQualter.

Will Hayward
Small forwards who can't find the football or kick goals aren't valuable, which is why Spargo found himself at Casey last year. Hayward is the opposite to Spargo.

Will Hayward
We gave Spargo a 4 year deal, and Hayward is 10 times the player. Hayward is rightfully in high demand whereas no other club would have been looking at Spargo.

I'd do that deal simply due to Petty's recent injury record, and if he has a strong desire to leave.

Harrison Petty
The thought of trading Petty at the end of last year is ridiculous. Fast forward and you can imagine the backlash if KPF stocks at the start of the year comprised of: BBB, T Mac (both looking passed it) Jefferson (not ready) Schache (say no more) and JVR ( who is compelled to play 2nd ruck). I suspect Petty is a confidence player who doesn't have full confidence in his body. He showed what he can do as a forward against the Cats. I think he'll be a good player at the Crows.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Fremantle
I had no issue with McAdam because he potentially offers us something unique. As it turns out his fitness seems to be an issue. But I was never in favour of Billings, especially after getting Hunter. Both were seasoned footballers who were discarded for a reason, which I said at the time. I also questioned the acquisition of Hore. And everyone bar the sycophants questioned the re-signing of Schache. People argue that these acquisitions were low cost, but every list spot is valuable. Unless the player is an A-Grader coming off a good season, I'd rather we trade for players with upside than players who were past it.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Fremantle
I suggest you do some research to see what Sharp, Hollands and Bowes cost their new clubs. It was less than what we gave up for the likes of Grundy, Billings and Hunter. And we lost young talent in Jordon and Bedford due to lack of opportunity. And we still haven't got a genuine 2nd ruckman on our list. If you think that our list management has been fine then you've got your head buried in the sand.

So our solution for the past 2 years has been to trade for 27yo discards from other clubs coming off 1-3 years of poor form. And to say that Sharp did nothing at the Suns shows that you don't watch other teams. The Suns had heaps of young talent vying for spots. Sharp and Elijah Hollands were on the outer. Both players have excelled once given the opportunity.

Jordon's playing time was cut because we got Hunter. Regardless of what money Sydney were offering, he was never going to stay. Same goes for Bedford leaving due to lack of opportunies. Rather than drafting and developing the youth coming through, we've topped up with discards from other clubs. And yes, I was totally against getting both Hunter and Billings at the time. And I disagree with your final statement. When you add those blunders with Schache, Hore, Fullarton and McAdam, it is a huge reason as why we are where we are now.

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Richmond
100% agree. Gets plenty of possessions but is so slow to move the ball on. And his disposal isn't great either. Fullarton, McAdam and Hore are the only ones pressing for selection. Thanks BBB for the memories of the 2021 flag, but you are not physically capable at VFL level, let alone AFL.

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Richmond
Wrong Brown. That's Kynan Brown. BBB 2 kicks and that's it.

Marquee Targets for the Tassie Devils
We should have traded Goody after the 2021 flag. Very short sighted of the board. Just kidding.
