Wonder who the other player is heard on some other thread that it could be Miller.

Someone of BigFooty who says he knows a Melbourne board member, has said that the deal involves TJ and Miller to Sydney for pick 11.

He said this yesterday, before Ch.7 broke the news.

That seems like a bit of a dream deal.... except I don't want Jolly! <_<

judd and possibly jolly to melb

west coast get 4, 21 and sydneys 11

syd get trapper and another melb player

seems a little crappy as they do not have all the players involved

the most interesting thing was they said Trapper was a WILLING part in the trade.

That was as concrete as anything reported in past fortnight

Trapper was always part of trade week this year & the fact this was reported on Ian Johnstones network

weighs heavily.

Dee's get Judd & Darren Jolley

Lose Trapper & ???????. Lets hope its Jamar.

Pick 4 & 11 & 21

If this happens we will need to trade again to get back into 1st round of draft.

Getting Exciting, Just need Juddy to announcce DEMONS

Perhaps if we give them Jamar they will keep Jolly as well, do we have to take him? lol

would make one person on Ology happy if Jolly came back. To be honest after the way he left and what he said I doubt the players would want the Grand Final specialist back

Maybe we can on trade Jolly and Robbo to the Dogs for pick 5?

Dogs are chasing Hudson, but Jolly is younger.

Now you are talking. Then we are a chance to draft a good key position player like a Rance for example. I don't think Meesen would be happy coming to us if we also got Jolly.

Yeh, there was a reason we got rid of Jolly in the first place. Wonder why he wants out of Sydney, and what are they gonna do about another ruckman if we give them Miller.

The reason was pick 15. He is a decent ruckman at the lower end of AFL standard and that was way above market value.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k

OVER YET? by KC from Casey

The Friday evening rush hour clash of two of the VFL’s 2024 minnows, Carlton and the Casey Demons was excruciatingly painful to watch, even if it was for the most part a close encounter. I suppose that since the game had to produce a result (a tie would have done the game some justice), the four points that went to Casey with the win, were fully justified because they went to the best team. In that respect, my opinion is based on the fact that the Blues were a lopsided combination that had

    CENTIMETRES by Whispering Jack

Our game is one where the result is often decided by centimetres; the touch of a fingernail, a split-second decision made by a player or official, the angle of vision or the random movement of an oblong ball in flight or in its bounce and trajectory. There is one habit that Melbourne seems to have developed of late in its games against Carlton which is that the Demons keep finding themselves on the wrong end of the stick in terms of the fine line in close games at times when centimetres mak

    MELBOURNE BUSINESS by The Oracle

In days of old, this week’s Thursday night AFL match up between the Demons and the Blues would be framed on the basis of the need to redress the fact that Carlton “stole” last year’s semi final away from Melbourne and with it, their hopes for the premiership.  A hot gospelling coach might point out to his charges that they were the better team on the night in all facets and that poor kicking for goal and a couple of lapses at the death cost them what was rightfully theirs. Moreover, now was
